Information Retrieval

Force8 Coach fetches and receives information from various Fitness Trackers Providers, contingent on user permission. Without the necessary permissions, Force8 Coach cannot access or receive such information.

Processed Information

The processed data is securely stored until the user chooses to delete it. As of the current date, Force8 Coach processes and retains the following information:

• Date and Hour of the Activity
• Duration of the Activity
• Heart Rate values for Zones
• Maximum and Minimum Heart Rate
• Heart Rate Average
• Device Used

This information is exclusively imported and processed within Force8 Coach. Any additional data provided will neither be used nor saved.

Note: The Processed Information from Force8 Coach may be subject to change in the future.

Original Information

The original information obtained from Fitness Trackers Providers is stored within Force8 Coach for a period of 30 days and is automatically deleted thereafter. Retrieval of this information becomes impossible after this period, as Fitness Trackers Providers generally do not allow backfill information beyond 30 days.
