Module: Training Plans
Today, I’ll explain the third step of our experienced-based Training Cycle – the Training Plans – in more detail.
Force8 Coach Training Plans allow you to create customized 1 to 10 week training plans with specified activities and sessions. You can either build completely new plans from scratch or generate them directly from existing trainings. When you add intended RPE values, the system automatically calculates the Foster Load and providing instant workload analytics to optimize training intensities.
