On 29/30 October, the 2022 workshop of the Swiss Strength and Conditioning Association (SSCA) will take place in Magglingen.

World-renowned coaches such as Jean-Pierre Egger, Timothy Suchomel (NSCS) or Lassi Laakso (HC Lugano) will lecture on:
– Applied training methods for athletic performance and rehabilitation.
– Planning and implementation of eccentric training for team sports
– Acute and chronic adaptations
