New: The “Exercise History” gives you a complete overview of past entries for an exercise. Select an athlete and see the statistics for the last ten sessions at a glance—including sets, reps, load, and the changes between individual sessions. Handy: You can directly transfer the values from a previous session into the new training plan, allowing you to keep track of your athletes’ progress.
